FAQs

Can I get advanced treatments on my first visit?

No. The reason being your skin health is very important. The first initial visit is about getting to know your skin and clarifying your goals. Doing advanced procedures on skin that isn’t properly prepped can be detrimental.

How do I know which treatment to book?

I always suggest booking under the new client booking. I have four different options to choose from whether you're wanting to start with an in clinic visit where I will be able to do a consultation and treatment or a virtual consultation and skin analysis. This allows me to take a look at your skin and give you my best at home and future treatment plan. It allows us to both be on the same page when it comes to the expectations we both have for your skin.

What should I expect from my first appointment?

Please refrain from using any exfoliating products (physical scrubs, handheld cleansing devices, chemical exfoliants, etc.) at least 72 hours before your appointment. Remove any makeup and drink plenty of water before coming in for your appointment.

During your treatment, your Esthetician will explain each step including the products used and why. This will help you better understand how ingredients influence your skin and your skin’s behavior so we can plan for your future treatments and homecare routine.

At the end of the appointment, your Esthetician will discuss which homecare products are right for your skin condition and concern(s) then devise a treatment plan. We recommend prebooking your next two appointments 4-6 weeks apart to enhance the progress you'll be making at home with your new skincare routine.
